Services

• AWC offers general contracting and plumbing services in San Diego and surrounding areas. All service agreements are subject to a separate written contract that outlines scope, pricing, timelines and other specific terms.  
• Estimates provided through the website or over the phone are non‑binding until confirmed in a written contract.  
• AWC reserves the right to decline work that falls outside our expertise or capacity, or that does not align with applicable laws or safety standards.  

Communication and Consent

• By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your inquiry, project updates, scheduling and marketing offers. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.  
• We are not responsible for any charges your service provider may impose for texts or calls.  

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or services.  
• Our total liability for any claim related to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
