Flooring installation and concrete pouring

It is typical for us to perform building repairs by demolishing existing flooring or patios to prepare the substrate for rebuilding. Once everything is cleared, we check that the surface below is even. For interior flooring, like luxury vinyl plank or tile, self-leveling concrete may be needed. We also often remove baseboards around the perimeter because new flooring usually fits beneath them. Our repair support can address unexpected issues that appear during property maintenance.
